COMMINGLED RECYCLING PROGRAM

The City of Lake Waukomis has arranged for another recycling bin to be located by the spillway, along with the paper recycling bins. The Commingled Recycling bin will accept:

ALUMINUM – cans, foil and pans (rinse off food)
PLASTIC – bottles (milk, juice soda, water and detergent bottles)
STEEL – food cans (must rinse, empty aerosol cans and labels OK)
CARDBOARD – flattened corrugated, brown paper bags and paperboard (no wax coated, remove packing like peanuts)
PHONEBOOKS

Please watch for the new bin coming soon.
