This house has been occupied by my family for almost 10 years now and it is time that we move on.

There has been so many renovations to list but I will as time allows.

This house appraised last year for 195,000 with an FHA refinance.

I'm financed through Wells Fargo with one FHA loan that is much below this mark. The basement has been refinished as well since this last appraisal.

948 NW South Shore Dr.

Sold by owner.

I saw an advertisement for Williamson county homes for sale, and I visited there, the apartment was brand new, still I want personal home inspection before buying it. Please recommend some good home inspection services.
