I am very concerned about the vehicles parked on the west side of the road in front of my residence -- 623 -- and 625. These vehicles are causing unsafe conditions for roadway traffic and for us when backing from our driveway onto the road. Additionally, these vehicles often block the postman's access to four (4) mailboxes. There is a new house under construction at 629, however I do not believe the vehicles in question belong to any of the workmen. I hope that no accident happens, but this is a dangerous location presently.

Ted:

I understand your concern and would be more than agreeable to discuss an appropriate solution.

We just moved into the house and are getting organized so that we are able to park two cars in the garage and another two cars in the driveway. Our family owns three cars, but have a very short driveway which will only allow one additional vehicle beyond the three that we own.

When friends visit, which when having teenagers they frequently do, I am not certain where I should have them park if not across from your house. I told them to make certain they were not blocking the mailboxes, but I was not aware that parking across from your driveway obstructed your ability to enter the street.

Rather than just politely complain to the community at large, why don't we discuss an amicable solution for everyone.

Kindest Regards,

Jaes
