“AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II, CHAPTER 235: RECREATION, ARTICLE III SECTION 235.240. POSSESSION LIMITS AND SIZES OF GAME FISH, Crappies.”

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF LAKE WAUKOMIS, AS FOLLOWS:

CHAPTER 235

ARTICLE III. FISHING

       Section 235.240; A, Crappies currently states, “Fifteen (15) daily, thirty (30) in possession.  No size limit.”  This sentence is hereby deleted and replaced with the following limit for Crappie fish at Lake Waukomis: 

     Crappies.  All crappies under10 inches in length are to be released.  Crappie 10 inches or longer in length may be kept.  Fifteen (15) daily, thirty (30) in possession.

       This ordinance shall be effective the 14th day of March, 2018.  Any existing ordinance in the City of Lake Waukomis, Missouri in conflict in whole or in part with the above Ordinance is hereby repealed.
